Spiritual Hypnotherapy and Coaching Booking Policy We’re excited to support your journey through spiritual hypnotherapy, coaching, or both. Please review our booking policies to ensure a smooth experience. 1. Booking and Payment Booking: Schedule your sessions online. Full payment is required at booking. We accept card payments via Stripe and Paypal. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: Reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty via our online portal - maximum 2 reshedules per package. Cancellations: Cancellations must be notified via email 7 days from the purchase date or no refund will be issued. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur the full fee. No-Shows: If you miss your session without notice, the full session fee will apply. 3. Late Arrivals Punctuality: Log in on time to make the most of your session. Late arrivals will end as scheduled. Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, the session is considered a no-show, and the full fee applies. 4. Session Preparation Preparation: Follow any pre-session instructions, including creating a quiet space and ensuring a stable internet connection. Confidentiality: Your privacy is important; all sessions are confidential. 5. Health and Safety Well-being: Inform us of any medical conditions or medications. Our services complement, but do not replace, professional medical treatment. Please do not adjust any medication without consulting your medical team. 6. Session Packages Packages: Discounted packages are available and non-refundable. Use within 6 months of date of purchase. 7. Technical Requirements Online Sessions: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection, a working microphone, and a private space. Technical Issues: Notify us immediately if issues arise.
