I am here to let you now, this is so not true Yes, letting go of who we think we are and our story can be challenging. Little secret, we are so NOT our story!
My own challenging life "experiences" from overcoming CPTSD, deep depression, high level anxiety (had many breakdowns), overcoming traumatic events, navigating the loss of my soulmate, complex grief and journeying fibromyalgia, fuel my passion for guiding and supporting others become who they are meant to be.
A profound spiritual awakening has inspired and empowered me to share with others, that true healing can be rapid and empowering. You have the power to heal, I promise!
